Some better picture
Well, I must admit I'm quite surprised to see that the project "as it is" has reached more than 2000 supporters.
I think it's worth to add some additional picture from my website roscopc.it to better show some of the features of this F1 car.
This model is very compact and robust, with a technic chassis and suspensions, and I think it's also elegant in his classic Lotus dark green and yellow livery.
The BRM engine was quite particular with its H configuration. An H engine can be viewed as two flat engines, one atop the other. The "two engines" each have their own crankshaft, which are then geared together at one end for power-take-off.
BRM unit was composed by two flat 8 cylinders, for a total of 16 cylinders:
The stabilizing bar at the rear is really working and there is an oil radiator under the upper cover.
