Based on the iconic 1984 movie "The Karate Kid", this set of BrickHeadz includes underdog Daniel LaRusso, his wise mentor Mr Miyagi and Daniel's rival from the Under 18 All Valley Karate Championship, Johnny Lawrence from Cobra Kai Dojo.
Daniel is in his classic crane kick pose, wearing the white karate gi and distinct hairband and rocking big hair of the 80s.
Mr Miyagi watches on proudly, knowing Daniel has learnt to defend himself through painting fences and waxing vehicles. This quietly spoken war hero is wearing his best suit for the Karate Championship finals.
Meanwhile, Johnny is ready to "sweep the leg" in his more aggressive style of strike first Karate. With the sleeveless black karate gi emblazoned with the Cobra Kai logo, he's hoping to impress his sensei, John Kreese.
The Karate Kid was a big hit in the 1980s and is even a bigger hit now with the return of the characters in a new television series "Cobra Kai". 2024 will be the 40th anniversary of the movie and what better time to be able to grab these BrickHeadz celebrating the cult classic movie and three iconic characters.
