This is my City Center Modular. It has two stories, first story has a beach shop with surfboards and scuba gear. It also has a clothes shop called King's Cross with a mannequin in the window. Second story has a restaurant called Axton's Shrimp, Pizza and Other Foods Restaurant. The sign in the middle window is a shrimp hence the name. Make sure you check all the pictures!
