This model is a modern villa, it is composed of two floors. The ground floor is shared between a large living room and its relaxation area. Upstairs there is the sleeping areas with two bedrooms, a solarium is accessible by a staircase which leads to the roof through a hatch. Its exterior is composed of a flowery entrance with a fountain flowing into a pond. A large swimming pool,ebellished with a partially covered outdoor relaxation area.
I chose to create this model in order to get as close as possible to the current architectural design of houses. Therefore, i chose these colors to be the most in line with the trends of the moment. Moreover, leisure occupiesmore and more space in life, so i decided to integrate a swimming pool, a solarium and outdoor terrace.
I think bringing in a modern version of pavillon architecture would best complement the more classic range of lego houses
