Heydar Aliyev Center - A study of forms

This build is my take on a section of the Heydar Aliyev Center designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. Noted for its distinctive architecture and flowing, curved style that eschews sharp angles the center is named after Heydar Aliyev the first secretary of Soviet Azerbaijan from 1969 to 1982.

For the build was basically achieved by wrapping the flexible roof around the glass facade mounting it only one side of the structure. For the flexible roof the undulation was achieved thru the use of part 60471 and part 44567.

The whole build consists of 1434 bricks including 1 microfig.  Enjoy =)

This is my 64th build, and hopefully more to come. As with my previous sets this build is fully playable. If you like this model please do share and support this build through your friends and your social network.

Your opinions, suggestions and comments are most welcome.

Thank You and Happy Building :)
