Kokorech Seller Uncle (Kokorecci dayı)

This set is inspired from very popular street food in Turkey called kokoreç. kokoreç is made from generaly lamb or goat intestines. They usually served in bread. To cook kokoreç chefs use coal and wood you can see that details in pictures. There are generally 2 types of servin in bread one of with tomatoes and green pepper, one of it called IZMIR style they only use cumin and salt. our chef has a closet for breads and other things like tomatoes. As know all stormtroopers preffers kokoreç when they don't make some silly things but they dont inclueded in set.
