This is a scale model (not exactly measured, but with the correct general details and proportions) of the Disneyland Paris Phantom Manor attraction (the façade building).
The model is approximately 31cm tall and contains 1877 bricks (as a side note, my Tower Of Terror actually contains 965, but I can't edit that at the moment). As a rough estimate, I'd guess the price would be around £40-£70 ($65-$110), but, of course, you decide that if and when you vote.
