The game of GO is a Japanese strategy game similar to chess where each player places one stone (black or white) on the board, trying to control a bigger territory than the opponent. If you like strategy games, GO is the perfect game for you. Having an (almost) endless number of possibilities, each game feels unique and more challenging than the others.
When I created this GO LEGO set I was thinking about the best way to introduce this beautiful game to the younger generation. And what better answer than LEGO? This set was designed to be a fully functional game of GO. It includes a 9 x 9 board and a total of 80 stones (40 black and 40 white), most of the stones being directly stored inside the board.
