This project is a model of Garfield the cat from the comic strip in his typical environment.
Garfield has moveable arms and legs. His bed and his bowl of food are included, as these are the objects of his two favourite activities (sleeping and eating).
A wall of Jon's house is also included as a backdrop, and the calendar with the week of mondays from the 1986 comic strip is hanging on it.
Pooky, Garfield's teddy bear is sitting on the shelf.
I've built this model because I'm a fan of the comic strip and I would love to see this set on my desk.
I think it would make a great LEGO set because it can be both used as a toy for role-playing and as a decoration.
