Welcome to the world of wrestling! I've always enjoyed watching 'professional' on TV, and just recently, I got to meet Sergeant Slaughter. It was an awesome moment, and I got thinking about a Lego set based on the 80's era of wrestling.
After a few designs processes and some rough mock-ups, I designed a simple wrestling ring, with five of the biggest names from classic wrestling.
You've got Sergeant Slaughter, Hulk Hogan, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Fred 'Tugboat' Ottman, and as the referee, Dangerous Danny Davis!
Accessories include a microphone for Danny, several chairs, Sergeant Slaughter's hat, the bell table, and the WWE world champion's belt!
I believe this would be an excellent set for, well, just about anyone! Kids would love it for the playability, adults would love it for the nostalgia, and of course, wrestling enthusiasts would love it for the icons included!
