UPDATE: Piece count now available!
I built this for all the people like me who were disappointed by the puny S.H.I.E.L.D. jet that was included in set 6868 Hulk's Helicarrier Breakout. My S.H.I.E.L.D. jet measures over 18 inches long and 13 inches wide, trumping the 7" long by 5" wide Helicarrier Breakout version by nearly a foot in length.
Details:
59 studs (18.5 inches) long
44 studs (13.5 inches) wide
3.5 inches tall
446 pieces
One minifigure.
Four flick-fire missiles
Includes control panel and HUD inside cockpit
More pictures will be on flickr once I get it up and running.

Below: Flick missiles are present but easily removable for flick-fire haters.
Below: The technique I used for attaching the afterburners may be considered "cheating" by lego... it is two of piece 61801 attached by a 6 length axle. It slides on and grips two plates.
