Update 2 - Finishing Touch and Rendering
I finally figured out how to use POV-Ray to get a high quality rendering. This is most likely the final product, although I may add a streetlight like found in other modular sets, let me know in the comments if you would like the lamp to be put in.
Update 1 - Furnished Upstairs
I have included a small bedroom and bathroom in each apartment. Also, please tell me what you think I could change about any of the floors, and I will do my best to see to it.
