I present Forestman's Alley Escape. It features 907 bricks, 8 minifigures, 2 horse figurines, and one dog figurine, and is designed to fit within the lego castle theme.

The Forestman is attempting to escape the castle before the gate closes and the royal knight is in hot pursuit.  Luckily the peasants are conspiring to assist the Forestman by using trap doors to dump barrels in the path of the knight and guards. The young maiden watches from above. Is she cheering for the knight... or perhaps she cheers for the Forestman?

With this design, I wanted to find a way to use bigger panel bricks to add height to the castle while still maintaining a high level of detail to create scaffolding and vegetation along the walls. The yellow "tudor-style" structure was inspired by the Black Falcon Fortress and my desire to give it the level of detail seen in the Medieval Market Village.

Featuring a diverse array of minifigures, including 2 guards, a knight, a forestman, a farmer, a maiden, a shop keeper, and a young peasant lad, as well as awesome play features, I hope that Forestman's Alley Escape can appeal to a diverse range of lego fans young and old.
