The JW001 is both a rescue vehicle and a police van. Equipped with modified features, it's current form is useful for exploration, surveillance, and successful rescue operations in those hard to reach regions. The JW001 also features a sturdier construction for lasting play.
The JW001 was built because existing police vans lacked a rugged design and an ability to multi-task. Rather than affording a place to put criminals, the JW001 also allows the person to imagine a team serving to rescue and save. And I believe that other people would like the JW001, because it provides another take on police van capabilities and includes a new sleek design.
