One of my hobbies is learning mythology.
In Greek mythology, a hydra appears - a large water creature that spread terror in the sea.
Inspired by this beast, I decided to create my own version in LEGO, because I love mythology so much :)
My main element in building this beast was cheese slope.
To reflect the realism of the hydra as much as possible, I made its eyes from crystals and added a movable jaw, in which I included a small detail in the form of a tongue.
To complement my idea, I added a ship (with numerous details) built using the SNOT technique with a sail and two Roman legionnaires - this was intentional because I wanted to add nice figures.
The hydra and its tail are placed on separate stands, so they can be placed in any position (just like the ship).
The head, arms and tail of the hydra are also movable (thanks to the MIXEL pins), so you can put them in dynamic poses.
I searched the Internet but I didn't find anyone who built something similar, so I think it's a good idea for a LEGO set :)
Thank you for all supports :)
