Boulangerie

For the first time in my already long career (😅) on Lego Ideas, I leave the American urban landscapes to go back to France, my home country.

So, here is a boulangerie or, as we would say in English, a bakery.

The main reason why I wanted to build this is because I saw in my neighborhood an amazing boucherie (a butcher's shop) in an old house that had this very modern and ingenious mechanism allowing to open the shop window and pull the counter out.

I had to build this. I only changed the boucherie to a boulangerie to make it more politically correct.

The building features:

As this was often the case in the past, the toilets are located outside the building.

The house opens for better playability. The roof is also removable.

Please note that the whole set was designed with real bricks (I will shortly add the pictures of the physical build in an Update). I took care to make sure that everything was buildable and sturdy.
