"’Daisy, that's all over now,’ he said earnestly. ‘It doesn't matter any more. Just tell him the truth — that you never loved him — and it's all wiped out forever.’
She looked at him blindly. "Why — how could I love him — possibly?"
‘You never loved him.’"

-Gatsby to Daisy, Chapter 7, The Great Gatsby

One of the most iconic moments from F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Great American Novel, The Great Gatsby, comes to life in LEGO form. The confrontation at the Plaza Hotel serves as a dramatic climax in the novel as Tom learns the true secret behind Gatsby’s wealth and his history with Daisy.

The Confrontation at the Plaza Hotel Diorama deserves to be a set because its based on the Great Gatsby, one of the most popular and celebrated books ever written. Other sets based on popular books have also been made, such as set 21344 The Orient Express Train (based on Murder on the Orient Express by Agatha Christie), proving that there is an existing market for those who would like to see more sets made based off of books or the movies adapting the books. The book's icon status combined with the set's unique display means that it's an awesome candidate to become a real LEGO set.
