This is an apple and an apple core of my own design.
I guess there are two options for this:
A VIP exclusive set, or Creator set.
These could be good models to put on your desk.

The apple could help teach younger builders about sphere techniques.
I personally really like this model for some reason.
The core is held together by a technic axle.
