This is a brick built version of the main villain of the Disney show Gravity Falls. He uses many click joints for his arms and legs. This set would make a great display piece for any hardcore lego and Disney fan and the eye is displaced to make it seem 3D and 2D as if he is kind of flat but the eye is an illusion. Bill is dressed out in his classic top hat and bow tie. It also depicts Bill as if he is ready to make a deal with you as he is in the show.
