This Mecha is called Rheon. He is a Bretallian veteran. He has one hand for his hand weapon and a drill in the other hand's place.

The head is quite moveable, but the eyes can be moved all the way up or down.
You can lift up Rheon's exterior armour to reveal his core, which is a light up brick itself.
