The year is 50 BC. Gaul is entirely occupied by the Romans. Well, not entirely... One small village of indomitable Gauls still holds out against the invaders. And life is not easy for the legionaries who garrison the fortified camps of Totorum, Aquarium, Laudanum and Compendium...Thatched roofs, stone walls, wild boars, magic potions and of cours beat up Romans are reminiscent of the world of Asterix and Obelix. Although the village is inhabited by the Gauls Assurancetourix, Panoramix, Asterix, Obelix and his dog Idefix, or the Gauls pursue their favourite pastime and beat up the Centurion, the legionaries, the disguised and flying legionaries, the fun jumps over to the viewers.
