Built on two 16x16 plates this hardware store carries tools, irrigation and fencing materials.
Not to forget sprayer backpacks and chain saws.
This building uses SNOT (stud not on top) and hinges for the window mountings.
Stickers are not really required, but company logos does help sometimes.
All the merchandise is brick built, including the ball and float valves, animal medication guns, sprayer, chain saw, fuel cans and irrigation pumps.
This would cost approx. 50 USD, depending on the number of minifigs included in the set.
