A new modular home to enjoy and rest in. This home has all the interior items needed for a complete home with lush gardens and a stately palm tree greeting all visitors. There is a hidden garden inside and out at the back door complete with a fruit tree in the homes landscaping.
As you enter the back door and pass through the interior garden, you reach a small stairway leading to the first floor, passing the laundry area and restroom, then leading into the spacious kitchen with plenty of room to entertain friends and guests.
You can relax on the two Lanai's on the first story or relax on the Lanai' off of the bedroom on the second story under the generous canopy, complete with a pet parrot.
The bedroom can hold several overnight guests, with a small foldout couch and two twin beds complete with additional seating for reading.
