I stumbled across the rather obvious technique of using panels to make mazes, so here's my first one.
Clearly this maze could be reconfigured to the builder's whims, and a few patterns of different complexities could be provided.
I don't think Lego has a small enough part to actually run the maze at this scale, however you can trace it with a finger or a Lego rod/antenna/lightsaber. I purchased some small 5mm balls for my mazes, perhaps Lego could do something like that, though it isn't strictly necessary.
