Help your fellow builder by leaving your feedback based on these three criteria:
- Originality: How original is this - never seen before?
- Building Techniques: How much skill do you think the creator of this MOC has, in terms of building technique?
- Details: Express how much you like the details of the build.
Your feedback is only shown to the creator as well as yourself. It is not available for other users to see. The creator won't see your user name.
Thrusters in detail
So here he is at last! Inner skeleton grey instead of black, robotic hands, enhanced feet and legs (the back armour) and an entire new technic support for the thrusters!
In the picture you can see from the left to the right ultron without his back armour so that his thruster system can be seen in detail and then Ultron with his usual back armour.
And as usual, the ratio issue! -.- Well Luckily it didn't cut the most important parts of the picture, since you can see the details of his new thrusters build.
Thrusters and minor colour changes
As the title says, I managed to add two thrusters behind Ultron's back. They won't change the overall design since they do not require to take off any piece from the main figure. They are quite articulated so the flames can be moved in many ways, increasing the amount of posability of the figure. Also, I decided to enhance his colour scheme by changing every black skeleton piece into grey or silver (the torso). Another minor change is the use of two slightly different tones of silver (silver flip flop and cool drum) used for the armour piece since they used to be all just silver flip flop. The purpose of these modifications is to enhance Ultron's colour scheme so that the final figure can be more similar to its movie or toy counterpart.
Sadly I'm not able to post any picture at the moment since my main computer is unable to work and I'm using an old Mac that cannot execute any LDD upgrade (otherwise I would be able to rebuild ultron).
P.S.
I'm also trying to change some parts of his armour with the same purpose: having a more Ultron-ish figure. But each change for now was a failure since the final result is worse than the original. This doesn't mean I'll stop trying to find new ways to enhance the overall look of the project.
At last but not lease I would say stay tuned and share this project with anyone you know! It helps!
Building Instructions
In the following video I show how to build Ultron Prime. Please note that not all the piece exist under the specific colour.
Ultron Evolution
In this video you'll see the major changes that dictated the evolutionary process of this project.
Starting from the previous Ultron, until the current version.
Back view
This new angle features basically most of the pieces that weren't visible in the front view.
NOTE: I had to rotate it 90 degrees since the update function doesn't allow to put a photo with its original aspect ratio so with this solution it's still possible to see almost all the pieces.
