It's Harold from the Amazing Epic Adventures of Captain Underpants! Tra-La-Laaa!
I loved the Captain Underpants books and now the movie too. This Harold figure built in the style of Brickheadz was actually made before I enjoyed the movie. I also made this because I love Legos but there were no Lego kits for this hilarious fun series.
I believe Harold would make a great Lego addition because the books and the movie are enjoyed by millions.
