This is a reproduction of my parents-in-law's house in Jarrier in Savoie, France, which I offered them for Christmas last year. It is composed of 3 separable stages as in a modular building. The ground floor includes a living room, a dining room, an entrance, wc and a storeroom accessible from the side. The first floor includes a bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a piano, a room for the Christmas tree, and a large balcony. The third and last floor has two bedrooms and a small balcony. The system of roofs opening on both sides allows great playability despite the limited space. This construction, including furniture, required exactly 2,000 pieces.
