This is an UCS model of the Airspeeder Anakin used in to chase Zam Wesell in Star Wars Episode III.
It is about 40 cm long, 25 cm wide and 7 cm high, and it´s main colour is yellow.
There are many detailes in this UCS, e.g. Pilot seats, lights, consoles etc.
To the bottom (3rd image) I can only say that there are nearly no pictures or movie scenes which show it good enough to recreate it, so I had to improvise.
