A really cute but a little bit forgotten character from the Busy World of Richard Scarry. I explored it through my godmother and really love him and his stories. Lowly drives an apple-shaped car which can also fly much like a helicopter. The car can be simply converted to helicopter. Lowly is always helpful and kind towards all citizens of Busytown. Also, his outfit is lovable, natty with his bow tie and single sneaker. It was so much fun to build it and could not wait to share with you. In my opinion, it is simply great for a LEGO set.
