This board game is very popular in the UK and in the USA. In UK there are two versions: bingo and tombola (also in Italy, Austria etc.).
It contains 2x2 bricks with printed numbers (some could be found in the Brick Calendar set #853195).
Caller puts each number (2x2 brick from the bag) onto the main board, while players put 1x2 jumper plate on their own 'card'.
This game fits nicely to my other board games here on Cuusoo.
