Cobra Kai Dojo

This is the Cobra Kai Dojo from the show Cobra Kai that started on YouTube but is now on Netflix.

I built it because Cobra Kai is a great show that not only continues to tell the story of the Karate Kid but now also tells the story behind Cobra Kai and how it adds depth to the original characters and the new ones.

This would make an absolutely great LEGO set because the show has become very popular that it is has been going on for six seasons, and it would be spectacular to have it in LEGO form.

For anyone wondering I have submited older versions of this idea but this is by far my best one out of all of the other versions. I was able to build this using Bricklink's Studio so I could have a more variety of pieces to choose from and a custom render quality of 1,000 for the best images possible.

The show has so many iconic characters and I wish I could have included all of them, but I decided to go for some of the best ones.

The characters that I chose to include this idea are:

Daniel LaRusso

Samantha LaRusso

Some of the characters have the karate gis with the respective dojo logo on the backs, the logos being from Cobra Kai and Miyagi-Do.

I tried to recreate the dojo as close as I could to the show with as much detail as I possibly could.

There are a total of 1,200 pieces in this idea spanning from the dojo, to the minifigures and to the car.

I included many events and objects from the show from different seasons which I found to be some of the best.

The Dojo is compatible with modular builds using the cleverly placed trashcans and boxes on the sidewalk. Like many modular builds this dojo has a removable roof to access the interior of the dojo.

The inside of the dojo consists of three areas, the biggest one being the training area, followed by Johnny's office and the storage room which contain various weapons and training material that can be set up to perform scenes from iconic moments in the show.

There can also be roof battles with a minifigure positioning piece to simulate a character falling or being kicked of the roof.

I also included some play features to make the build more lively. Like adding a working vending machine and a breakable window controlled by an exterior switch to make it appear as if someone is being kicked through it.

I even recreated the Cobra Kai Car from season 2 which has the same colors and exterior detailing as the real car which can occupy one passenger.
