In the beginning, it was the idea of my son who wanted to build a fire truck. I couldn't let his wish go unfulfilled, so I started building right away. Within an afternoon I finished the first version of the model, which he was so happy with that he literally ripped it out of my hands and didn't allow me to make any modifications. And in the evening he even took the model to bed so he could sleep with it. In order to make adjustments to the model I had to take advantage of his absence. I finally managed to finish the fire truck model to my liking in the next few days.
