Copenhagen Cafe Tower is the first wonderful model in my winter city collection. It's inspired by the Nytorv Kiosk Cafe (King's New Square) in Copenhagen - one of the most sustainable cities in the world. It's also my favorite city that I've always dreamed of living and working in as well as enjoying the hot coffee with cookies in winter.
The model is completed with approximately 546 LEGO bricks for celebrating winter break and Christmas in Copenhagen. My favorite part of the model is the roof of the building, which shows some architectural design motifs of the Danish styles. Based on architectural history, from the 1900s, Danish architecture contains most elements of a granite base, cast iron ornamentation, copper spire, and a relatively small scale to highlight the handmade details of national romanticism. I chose some white elements to present the snow that covered the tower's roof. I tried to design the model standing in the picture of the winter in beautiful Copenhagen; a couple having a cup of coffee with cookies and giving Christmas gifts to each other.
I love my design so much. I believe that this would make a great small LEGO set in the future because it's a nice gift for everyone who loves winter and Christmas as well as who loves coffee. Enjoy the whimsy and flavors of Christmas there.
Merry Christmas 2023!
