Using and elastic band you can pull on the lever and the car moves forward because the band pulls back on the lever and moves it forward. (elastic band not pictured)
I was doing this for a school Design and Tech project but decided it would be nice to submit it on here as an idea.
I am unaware of a windup Lego car like this exactly, no ideas taken from anyone else but credit to you if you have made one like this.
