This is a small set designed for young children. It will be part of the LEGO CITY range and will cost in the region of £4.99.
The minifigure is the UNIQUE Beach Dude. It has A stylish Orange brick style with a computer and folding roof. If you remove the wheels you will have a boat. It doesn't float but it will come with two circular pieces to put on the bottom so it glides along the floor/carpet.
