Help your fellow builder by leaving your feedback based on these three criteria:
- Originality: How original is this - never seen before?
- Building Techniques: How much skill do you think the creator of this MOC has, in terms of building technique?
- Details: Express how much you like the details of the build.
Your feedback is only shown to the creator as well as yourself. It is not available for other users to see. The creator won't see your user name.
Ogre is a tabletop game created in the late 70's that has gone through several revisions over time but has always included the very distinctive tank, the Ogre.
The purpose of this project is to create a line of minis for the game made of Lego. The great thing about this is that once you have the basics, you can swap out different colors to get signature board pieces.
These builds are set to scale with 6th edition Ogre as they are based off the PDF's that have been released. When I get around to the G.E.V. I will have to use my best guess.
In the pictures that follow I have included a few prototypes displaying command posts and a Laser turret. Additional units in the series could include the other Ogre types (of course), heavy tanks, G.E.V.s, trains, and towers. Lego has even recently introduced a very tiny "micro-figures" that would work very well for infantry.
The challenge and fun of the set is getting the unique qualities of each element in small scale Lego builds through creative use of small Lego parts.
