J-3 Piper Cub

J-3 Piper Cub is an iconic plane that is known for its simple yet effected design and small size. This Lego model was built out of my fascination of planes and will be improved over the years to come. Many aviation fans will enjoy having this small minifigure scale (0.8 feet = 1 stud) to have on display. It’s a very simple design and has many studs but that gives it the feeling of a more classic Lego build. The Lego model includes a simple trick to get angels right to get the look of the actual plane. (And yes the right wing hinge would also be yellow)
