In the End Stage

Model: This build is the stage shown in the videoclip of "In The End" from Linkin Park. It is composed by a statue, a main floor, 3 upper platforms, three back walls with some type of ventilation and a top floor where the statue sits.

Why I did it: Linmin Park it's my favourite band that marked a generation, so I wanted to make a Lego of it after the passing of Chester Bennington (the vocalist), so this is also a tribute to him and all the great music they did together.

Why should it be a LEGO set: There are some Lego sets of other bands like Rolling Stones, The Beatles and even Spice Girls. But none of those sets are like this one. This one captures the stage from the music videoclip where they perform and also to it's complex design. So I believe it would be a great addition in a Lego collection.

More about the model: First of all, the back is ... something, my idea was to also make the big tower that stays at the top floor of the stage, that explains the amount of supports in the back. But if I included it, it would exceed the piece limit drasticaly, so I don't know if I should put it aside as a new set.

There are some pieces that don´t exist with some colors like dark tan, some other pieces are a little bit fragile but I made the structure the most stable I could.

The set would also be 18+ due to the complex building techniques.

Other: I put a lot of dedication and love to this project despite still being Inexperienced in designing Lego sets, but I hope this inspires others in the future to try and design their own ideas. It might be a lot of time and patience invested but In The End it´s worth seeing something you created, it might not be the best but it´s yours and that means a lot, at least for me.
