This is a nice city set with three vehicles: a helicopter, a buggy, and a boat.
The boat has two seats. On the back there is a motor for the boat.
The buggy has one seat with a grill and headlights.
The helicopter has a large propeller on the top and a smaller on on the tail. I also has a control console for the driver to use. There is one seat in the helicopter.
