Experts say that regular high intensity exercises, such as running, can add up
to four years to your life and even moderate exercise, 30 minutes walk each day,
can lower the risk of heart problems.
I believe that when we take better care of ourselves, we are happier and our relationships are better;
we are able to have a more positive impact in our communities and the world.
So, make sports outdoor when the sun is shining but use a treadmill during the winter.
