The two towers that make up the so-called Puerta de Europa, also known as Torres KIO, are located in the Plaza de Castilla in Madrid (Spain).
Each tower is built on a platform of 18 x 18 stud and 30 high stud; inclined towards the other 15° from the vertical.
There is a helipad made with pieces of blue or red.
