This is Legoland, a Lego themepark designed to fit within the modular system. The park contains several microscale versions of iconic Lego sets, a Lego shop, restrooms, a tower for a scenic view and a rollercoaster version of the classic 6990 Monorail set. Outside of the park there are two food vendors (a coffee stand and a Hot dog wagon) as well as a bus stop.
Leaving a footprint of 80x64 studs, it is a large area, and it will fit perfectly fine as a recreational area between existing modular houses.
