For your consideration, this is a Huntsman spider that I have build using CREO Parametric. It is simple as there are no blocks that are too unusual and the colours can be basic enough, following already existing brick colours.
This would be a fun idea as a first lego set in a larger animal collection from lego, giving children and big kids the possibility to have great looking animals around the toy room, or office...
