Prepare yourselves for the ultimate in rescue technology. This is Thunderbird 1. The model is designed with several play features including: rotating chair; retractable landing gear; adjustable wings; and many others. But this is more than just a play thing. This model is designed to be displayable in vertical or horizontal position. Also included is a palm tree and rescue scene.
I decided to create this model through an interest in Thunderbirds. I choose Thunderbird 1 because I want to create all the Thunderbirds in full scale and with proper interiors. I think this would make a good set because a new series has been released recently which will have generated interest.
