Ski jump

Ski jump is my first concept submitted to Lego ideas. For me this design showcases everything about Lego, starting with an exciting build, followed by hours of fun playing with your creation, whether it's roll play on your own or with friends and family.

The design allows the Ski poles to run along the frame at speed, with minimum friction, to provide enough momentum to lift and possibly spin the skier into the air. The angle of the ski jump can be adjusted by repositioning the red linkages. You can also increase or reduce the final take off section to achieve the best landing position.

Sure, it's a long way up, but be brave and make the jump!
