The balloon stand is always open, so it can make happy kids and adults. Giggly the clown, owner of the balloon stand, pedals non-stop on his bicycle to give balloons to everyone. He usually likes to stay in the park of Lego city, because it is a peaceful atmosphere, and there are many people walking in the park.
The balloon stand might seem small, but it features lots of details and accessories like:
- helium gas tank for the balloons;
- a little cash register;
- a small staircase;
- four balloon holders ( including four balloons );
- two flags on the sides;
- and finally, a bicycle.
The last important detail about this set is that the bicycle can be attached to the balloon stand.
