I have created a playground for monkeys at this could be one module. my idea was to make several moduls and let them be made so they could be connected by bridge and using tree line to let the animals get across or tunnels to let them get into a new area
I used a baseplate 32x16 for the first module i think that size is proper and easy to build with around 200 pieces per plate
I made a model of how an expansion could look like with water, sharks swimming around and maby a volcano in the water. Then I made a expansion connected with a bridge from the first module crossing the waterway. Now the monkeys can come across to the other side and play
