Functioning Solar Panel Bobble Heads

For this project, I wanted to create solar panel power bobble heads that actually work! The bobble heads are not powered by real solar panels, but by technic bricks. I was inspired to make this build by the bobble heads that bobble in my window in the morning. I wanted to see if I could create the same effect using bricks. My favorite part of this build was how the panda bear turned out. I think this would be a great lego project because it is a unique idea and these would be a cool piece to have in your window.
