Yes, the piece used is grey, but I don't have it in red. Please imagine that it is red. Thank you.

Hello, fellow supporters, which there are now exactly 150 of on this Flying Car! This means that this project is 1.5% there on the way to 10,000! Woo-hoo! I just thought that I'd mark this occasion by adding an update, and telling you guys about another project, my Hover-Bike, which is also a super fab futuristic vehicle. You may have seen it already, but in case if you have not, this is what it is.

Wow! The Flying Car has been selected for the Staff Pick!

Thanks to everyone who has supported, and to the staff of Lego Ideas for showcasing my project!

Hello, fellow supporters!

I've made some new designs for the flying car because the cockpit window is an older Lego piece, and I don't know if Lego would be willing to bring it back into production. There are also new methods for hovering off the ground too, without propellers. Here are the pictures.

1. The original model.

4. Anti-gravs and new cockpit window. 

Of course, I'd prefer to have the original windows on the model, but Lego might not have those out of date pieces ready to be made again, so I used newer pieces as a suggestion of what it could be if they didn't want to make the older ones. 

The propellers are cool, they spin and add more playability to the model, but the anti-gravity devices look pretty sleek. I'd still go with the propellers anyways.

Hello, fellow supporters!

It was requested by Achenaer that I should make landing gear for the flying car. Thus, I made it so. I also created some new minifigures and a landing pad. Enjoy!

When the lading gear is retracted, the flying car can land on the landing pad.

Because I had to make more room for the landing gear, there was less space inside for the energy cell, so this is now its current appearance.
