1 x 1 brick, 1 x 2 brick and 1 x 1 round brick are enlarged for minifigures to live inside. The size of the house is 8 times of each brick. Each house has stud and tube to stack. It is small but has enough space for minifigures to stand and sit. Inside is decorated with furniture.
Most of sets are just put together according to instructions. This model, however, can be easily changed arrangement even after building. Also the size is small so wide variety display options are available. For example, just displaying only one house or displaying more than two houses by stacking them.
